Requesting data deletion
Patonabl doesn't offer a way to delete only some of your data while keeping your account active — your profile, booking history, messages, and any other personal data are all tied to your account record, so deleting your account deletes that data with it.
To request deletion of your data, follow the same steps as deleting your account.
What gets deleted
Once an account deletion request completes, this removes your profile, service and booking history, messages, and support context tied to your account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where we have a legal, financial, or fraud-prevention obligation to do so (for example, transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes) — see the Privacy Policy for details on retention.
No account, or can't sign in?
If you can't sign in to submit the request yourself, contact us at support@patonabl.com from the email address on the account and we'll process the deletion on your behalf.
